10EU-US Data Privacy Framework
Seven Corners, Inc. complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU-US DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Seven Corners has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-US DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on the respective framework.

Sensitive Information. Sensitive Personal Information (including health or medical data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, and sex life) will be processed only with the explicit consent of the individual, or as otherwise required by law.
